source scripts (in vendors folder) required for the ORE dashboard are not included within the Git project. Tried selectively downloading the components, but still facing issues probably because of version differences. where can we find the scripts or at least the versions used?

So you can pull down the versions there, agreed the github repo is not in a good state.
